What do you need in the session?

◻️Bottle of water, recommended 1 change of clothing due to sweating during the session.

◻️We offer a light meal break compatible with the session. We always invite fasting, so feel free to choose.

◻️Smoking or the use of any toxic or hallucinogenic substance for the physical body is not allowed during the 8 hours that the experience lasts. It is an inflexible rule.

◻️Good personal hygiene is recommended before the sessions.

◻️Arrive 15 minutes before the start time, at to be able to start on time.
